Invoices Are Moving Online
Based on customer feedback, we've continued improving our wholesale portal to make ordering and account management easier. Our Shopify portal provides live inventory visibility, order history, and faster reordering of your regular items.
As of July 1:
- All orders must be submitted through the portal
- Invoices will no longer be emailed and can be accessed directly through your portal account
If you have not yet been onboarded, please reach out to your rep.
Update to Our Delivery Policy
In light of rising fuel and delivery costs, we are adjusting our delivery fee structure effective July 13, 2026 to maintain the high standard of service you expect from us.
Moving forward, our delivery fees will be organized into the following tiers:
- Free delivery on orders $200 and over
- Orders $100 to $199.99 are subject to a $15 delivery fee
- Orders under $100 are subject to a $25 delivery fee
With a catalog of well over 800 items, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to build your orders and hit that free delivery threshold. Even with this adjustment, we remain committed to offering the lowest order minimums and delivery costs in the market.
