Shipping policy

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

Order Deadline:

The weekly order deadline for orders containing coffee is Sundays at 1pm EST. Orders received after this deadline may not be roasted, packed and shipped until the following week.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates:

For most customers (those serviced by our in-house BLFC Delivery Truck Fleet):

  • Free delivery on orders $200 and over
  • Orders $100 to $199.99 are subject to a $15 delivery fee
  • Orders under $100 are subject to a $25 delivery fee

Detour Coffee customers located outside our local delivery area have a minimum of $400 for free shipping (via FedEx).

All delivery and shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Delivery Areas:

  • Courier shipping available Canada-wide
  • Local delivery fleet for the following areas: GTA, Hamilton, Caledonia, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Oakville, Burlington, Cambridge, St. Catharines, Bradford, Barrie, Lincoln, Grimsby, London, Woodstock, Muskoka

Estimated Delivery Times:

Orders placed prior to the weekly deadline (Sunday at 1pm EST) will arrive the same week (excluding some remote areas).

Order Tracking:

You will receive a notification that the order has been received and another notification when the order has been processed with a tracking number if shipped with a courier. 

Delayed or Missing Deliveries:

If your shipment is delayed or missing, please contact our customer support team at support@bigleaguefoodcompany.com for assistance.

Confirm Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, and provide clear delivery instructions where applicable. Big League Food Company is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
